Noodles and Company (Saint Charles)

I hear some Pasta Fresca calling out my name. Noodles and Company has quickly gained popularity around Midwest.

I've tried Noodles and Company in Chicago, and up north in Wisconsin, and one thing I've learned is that every shop has a different taste. For example, I love the Saint Charles location, but can stand the one in Wisconsin.

This location has pretty good pasta. I hope they hold onto their current chef, it really makes a difference.
